Living downtown Toronto during the pandemic has been a horrific experience. You cannot go to buy groceries at the local store or even the drug store on Queen because in front of them there is always a homeless person begging for money. They do not give you six feet of distance and they are never wearing masks. Why is this allowed? On the opposite side of the streets there are people living in tents or sprawled over the grates. Again you do not get six feet of distancing if you have to use that sidewalk and they are not wearing masks. One constantly screams at the top of his lungs every night. Why is this person not being taken care of as he appears to have agonizing mental health issues? Why do we pay taxes and this is allowed?
